Shelly has had an interest in Health, Nutrition, and the Healing Arts her entire life and enjoys assisting in healing people and animals.

• Practices Feng Shui, makes use of Aromatherapy and its healing properties, studies in crystal therapy, and daily meditation.

My Story

     "Since I was young I had a slipped disc in my back that after a couple severe falls my spine developed to a grade 3 "spondy".  I sought the expertise of Neurosurgeons, although it was determined there was nothing I could do but live with it; however, one doctor offered to install a "Laminectomy Retractor" device to "fuse" it, which I refused and opted instead to live with it, doing exercises every day to strengthen the muscles for support.

     In April of 2006 I took my first Quantum Touch® class and after 3 short sessions the discs in my back became aligned and I now have a perfectly aligned, healthy spine.  Since, I have been on a continuous search for knowledge in the areas of Quantum Physics and energy healing, Pranic healing, and the mechanics of the brain, the mind-body connection, our physiology, the chakra system, healing oils, crystal healing, and nutritional healing and myoskeletal healing with Brandy Jo Neth at Integrative Wellness in Sacramento.  I am also pursuing drumming and healing through sound, color, dance and healing through living in joy and pursuing my passions in art, jewelry making, drumming and through this, I hope to some day create a modality to incorporate everything I have learned and teach others so they can find their inner passions, pursue their life dreams, and heal through the mind, body, spirit connection.
